Describe your opinion on satire in society. Do you feel that it is appropriate to make fun of political and moral leaders? Should this type of writing and entertainment be censored? Should we not allow entertainers, comedians and writers to make fun of our leaders? Explain your answer.
My opinion on satire in society is when it makes you think about change. It is usually comic, it will make you laugh. Satire always has a target to it. The point of satire is make fun of a situation but not strickly to get you thinking about change. To my perception, i think its just a matter of how you look at things. You can either take it seriously or you can take it another way as in a way of life. Some people think its not nice to talk or make fun of the past but things happen its the past. The joke just cant get in to the point where you get arrested for pretending to go bomb a building or something. Lol now thats stupid.
I feel its ok to make fun of political and moral leaders because its life everyone gets picked on. Just because they are in high power doesnt mean that we got to shut our mouths because they can send the police to my house and arrest me. If i was just talking about the truth its ok because we are only making matters different.Yes, its a way people and writers express themselves. We all look at things differently.No because they have to make their money too. This way if nothing ever happens we cant make fun of nothing only but the truth and the past.
