Write about a time when you were brave. Describe the situation, do you believe that the experience made you a stronger person?



One of the times when i was brave was when i resued my baby cousin from drowning. It was a hot summer day about 8 years into mym life my baby cousin was about 5 years of age. My cousin Chauntel was talkingn by the pool to a little boy from the complex who sheh had seen before at gathering at the pool. So she was talking to the little boy on the other end where i wasn't aware that she hadn't learned how to swim. Chauntel and theh boy were talking about treats they can do in the pool.

The first question he had asked her was if she could swim in the deep part of theh pool. Chauntel replied with a no. He keep on forcing her to jump in the deep part of the pool. Then, threatening to push her to the deep of the pool. She stepped back to tun to see an adult for help and before you know it she was drowningin the pool. I turned to see what was all the comotion about when i realised that it was my cousin in the pool splashing and gasping for some air. I just learned how to swim that month. I looked round for anyone but turned to nobody i screamed help and swam to her resue. An adult ran to the edge of the pool to help her pull up out of the water as i swam to the wall to put her on the ground to catch some air.

When i ran home to tell my god mother what had happened to her daughter.She told me she should have gone into the gate of the inside of the pool area. Then she grounded her for letting a boy push her. Then the little boy got in trouble for pushing her. I felt so bad that nobody even had time to say thank you. But in good deed i did what i had to do for my cousin.
